OFFICIAL RULES: 2006 Suzuki Gixxer Clean Title

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by NA Automotive  ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on April 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM (America/Chicago) and ends on June 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM (America/Chicago) (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of All states except the "CARB" List: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington who are 18 years of age or older; must have valid license at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete the following steps:

PAID: You receive 1 entry for every dollar you spend on the site. Purchased entries can be had by buying digital photo of giveaway item.

FREE: You must repost, share, and tag 3 people in the comments of the Giveaway post along with direct messaging NA Automotive on Instagram "GIVEAWAY". You must be following NA Automotive on Facebook and Instagram at the time of drawing. No purchase required. 

Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE: 1 winner will be selected. The prize(s) is as follows:

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 24 hours after the Giveaway Period ends. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram/Facebook Direct Message, or Text to cellphone number. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
